Acute and/or Chronic pain in the body (foot, knee, hip, back, neck, head)
Digestive disorders (IBS, Colitis, Indigestion, etc.)
Insomnia
Anxiety, Irritability, Grief
Restoring overall balance and energy into the body
Liberty often combines Tuina Massage, reflexology and breath-work with Acupuncture to provide a full body recalibration for patients. She believes that Tuina therapy given at the beginning of an acupuncture session, along with other diagnostic measures, can provide her with a stronger assessment of what is happening in the body. Tuina is an ancient traditional Chinese style of bodywork with techniques of palpating, kneading, shaking and pressing along the meridians, fascia and acupuncture points of the body. Pain and stiffness is seen as an energetic stagnation within the body and to remove the stagnation, movements like “Tui” (to push) and “na” (grab or squeeze), need to occur. Liberty also provides exclusive Tuina sessions for 60-90 minutes for people who want an energetic or musco-skeletal massage to bring harmony back to the body.
Liberty was raised in the Pacific Northwest and has found her second home in the desert with her partner, son, cat, and husky. She enjoys playing, whether it be her ukulele, basketball or pickle ball and loves camping and hiking with her family.
